St. Anne Community Outreach is a member organization of Catholic Charities of South Georgia and is the recipient of Muscogee County Emergency Food and Shelter funds and is a United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley partner. They serve families residing in Muscogee County, including single parents, the elderly, displaced families, recovering drug or alcohol addicts, victims of crime/abuse, the medically ill and the mentally or physically disabled.
Their primary mission is to provide food and clothing to those in great need or in emergency situations. Limited financial assistance for utilities, rent and prescription costs may also be provided, dependent upon the availability of funds. Their secondary mission is to provide the following items when donated: clothing and shoes for helping individuals go back to work, items for the care of infants, linens and blankets, fans, items for elderly care, toiletries, small household items and school supplies.
Exciting news!!! St. Anne’s Outreach is opening a thrift store on November 16! Twice Blessed Thrift Store, located at 1953 Torch Hill Road (Our Lady of Lourdes School building) will be taking donations starting November 16 and will serve those most in need. So, clean out your closets and give to help!
