The Importance of Confirmation
Confirmation is the last sacrament of the “Sacraments of Initiation”. It is the Sacrament of maturity and coming of age. It allows us to receive all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Confirmation Program
- The two year program starts in the 8th grade school year and completes in at the end of the 9th grade school year.
- Confirmation students complete both faith formation classes (during the Sunday School class time) as well as Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy.
- Confirmation students attend two retreats during the second year of preparation.
