Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Ministry at Church of the Holy Family consists of a range of spiritual and practical support for individuals and families our of parish.

We have a variety of duties mostly administered by our Pastoral Associate and Deacon including:

  • visiting the sick and home bound
  • administering sacraments such as the Anointing of the Sick and celebrating Holy Communion

We also offer other types of care and referrals.

  • The Congregational Care Program is offered by the Pastoral Institute in Columbus Georgia and offers confidential faith embracing counseling behavioral health services to active parishioners.
  • iThirst is a resource for those suffering from additions and their families. At the heart of iThirst is an understanding that there is a spiritual dimension to the disease of addiction that cannot be met by clinical professionals, but only by the spiritual consolation and guidance that the Church can provide.
